EPOC BOARD Fellowship

How The Board Fellowship Works

We ask our host organisations to provide Board Fellowship placements for 12-18 months, during which appointed Fellows can attend all Board meetings under a full NDA.

Participating host organisations are also given the opportunity to nominate one of their own senior executives of colour to be included in EPOC’s Board Fellowship programme. These nominated colleagues of colour are given priority treatment to become a Board Fellow themselves, and be placed within a non-conflicting organisation as part of their internal talent development programme.

We do not ask host organisations to pay a fee for the first Board Fellowship placement. Subsequent placements will incur a small administration fee to host a member if they are not already an EPOC Sponsor. No additional fee for search or recruitment is charged.

Programme
Benefits

Our programme is designed to benefit our Members and partnering organisations equally. By providing a placement for one of our Fellows, Boards benefit from increased diversity of thought, access to new skills and perspectives, improved stakeholder representation and tangible evidence of a commitment to DE&I.
