The EPOC Board Fellowship Programme gives organisations the chance to work with ambitious senior professionals of colour, providing them with a temporary placement as a participating observer on their Boards. We work with Boards across all sectors, from FTSE 350 and private companies, to charities and not-for profit organisations.
With EPOC Board Fellows on their Boards, organisations, organisations gain fresh perspective from carefully selected participants who bring their existing knowledge and expertise to the Board's agenda.
All Fellows are appointed under strict NDA and will have no expectation of financial remuneration, legal liability, or remaining on the Board once the placement has concluded.
