With their help we have created a safe and supportive network for our members, Boards and their wider organisations, helping increase the number of people of colour in leadership positions across all institutions. As a result, we have been able to support our EPOC members, preparing them for the non-executive and trustee opportunities brought to us by our search firm sponsors and partner organisations.

Search Firms

For an annual sponsorship fee, our Sponsor Search Firms work with us across a variety of fronts to engage respectfully with our pool of future NEDs of colour, and participating Boards and Chairs. The benefits of partnership include:

Receiving sponsor only invitations to “Meet the Chairs” events that include 40+ FTSE Chairs and NEDS, and 60+ EPOC members (based on previous numbers)
The ability to circulate search specs to all of our members for free and be introduced to any interested candidates
Individual introductions to any particularly high calibre EPOC members
Exclusive sponsor only involvement in the Board Fellowship Programme, encouraging interaction with new Board clients as well as with the candidates.
Dedicated support in hosting bespoke lunches/talks with EPOC members

For an annual sponsorship fee, EPOC works with our Corporate Sponsors to provide a wide range of benefits that include:

The opportunity to host a bespoke event on their premises for EPOC members, colleagues, Board Members, Chairs and possibly even clients
Collaboration with EPOC internally to engage with relevant affinity groups or senior colleagues of colour to promote non-executive aspiration as part of talent management and career development
The opportunity to request a Senior EPOC Member to speak at the sponsor’s internal or external events
